Update 11/19

Added another project: Unicode. This is a snapshot which includes 4 separate projects: Uni7, Win7, WinXp and Win2K. I've included the current version of the library in each of the applications because it seems to change as I discover things about Unicode (arghhh) with each conversion.

The library contains modules (classes, etc) that I have found useful in multiple programs. No documentation except for the code itself.
